Apologies

To everyone who has noticed I've deleted a post. I've just realised there was a spam comment on there I really wasn't happy with it and I couldn't work out how to delete said comment. Sad to say that to leave comments now you'll have to do the word verification nonsense. Hope that won't stop any of you lovely people commenting!
